Payment

Payment for products and services cannot be made only by credit card. Until effective receipt of all sums due to us, we remain the owner of the products delivered and reserve the right to recover them by any means at our disposal in the event of failure to make final payment.

The buyer guarantees to the seller that he has the authorizations possibly necessary to use the payment method chosen by him, when validating the order form. The seller reserves the right to suspend all order management and delivery in the event of refusal of authorization for payment by credit card from officially accredited organizations or in the event of non-payment. The seller reserves the right in particular to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a buyer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered. .

Shipping

Delivery means the transfer to the consumer of physical possession or control of the good. The products ordered are delivered according to the terms and deadlines specified below.

  • For small orders (1 to 2 lures maximum): home delivery (2 to 4 working days), tracked bubble letter -> €3.70
  • For medium orders: home delivery (2 to 4 working days), small box with tracking -> €5.20
  • Home delivery is free for purchases over €70 in mainland France (or fishing rod).
  • Delivery by Mondial Relay with insurance is offered in mainland France and EU countries for fishing rods .

Orders are prepared and shipped once or twice a week depending on their number, unless specified on the site (in the case of pre-order for example). The products are packaged in a box and delivered by post (tracked letter or colissimo depending on the size) to the address indicated in 3 to 5 days after shipment.

The sender reserves the right to use any other means of delivery while respecting the expected deadlines and costs. Delivery times may vary in the event of delivery difficulties, stock shortages or holiday periods which will then be reported on the website. Business days do not include weekends and public holidays. For international deliveries, depending on the products and regions, delivery times may vary by several weeks.

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form, the buyer must ensure its accuracy. Any package returned to the seller due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.

Delivery errors

In the event of an address error, the buyer must make to the seller any claim of delivery error and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or quality in relation to the indications appearing on the order form, at later on the day of dispatch (notified by email). Any complaint made after this deadline will be rejected.

The claim may be made, at the buyer's choice:

Any complaint not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the time limits cannot be taken into account and will release the seller from any liability towards the buyer.

Reserves

The customer must ensure the good condition of the delivery. In the event of observed or suspected damage, it is up to the customer to make reservations with the delivery person (note on the delivery slip: package refused because open or damaged) and to inform us by email at info@pyreneesleurresco.fr within a maximum delay of 48 hours.

Force Majeure:

Any circumstances beyond the control of the parties preventing the execution under normal conditions of their obligations are considered as causes of exemption from the obligations of the parties and result in their suspension.

The party invoking the circumstances referred to above must immediately notify the other party of their occurrence, as well as of their disappearance.

All irresistible facts or circumstances, external to the parties, unforeseeable, inevitable, independent of the will of the parties and which cannot be prevented by the latter, despite all reasonably possible efforts, will be considered as force majeure. For example, the blocking of means of transport or supplies, natural disasters, shutdown or problem of telecommunications networks... this list is not exhaustive.
