Right of withdrawal: in accordance with the legislation governing mail order sales in force for online sales, you have the possibility of returning any item to us within 14 days following the delivery date and being fully reimbursed for the price of the item. item concerned (excluding shipping costs which remain the responsibility of the buyer). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be returned. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards

To make a return, you must contact us by email and provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. The content must be unambiguous and express the desire to retract.

Exceptions: according to article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
– supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations on the financial market beyond the control of the professional and likely to occur during the withdrawal period;

– supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

– supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
– supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
– supply of goods which, after having been delivered and by their nature, are mixed inseparably with other items;
– supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond thirty days and whose value agreed at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations on the market beyond the control of the professional;
– maintenance or repair work to be carried out urgently at the consumer's home and expressly requested by him, within the limit of spare parts and work strictly necessary to respond to the emergency;
– supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery;
– supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for subscription contracts for these publications;
– supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium whose execution has begun after express prior agreement of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your refund request (case for a damaged item).


If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days of the seller's receipt of the returned products.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to info@pyreneesleurresco.fr and send us your item to: 25 chemin des Pouchetos, LABARTHE RIVIERE, 31800, France.

All our resin lures are tested one by one to ensure proper functioning, but to err is human. If one of our products is defective (bad swimming in the water), we undertake to change it entirely at our expense, without you returning the old one to us. You will still be asked for a video of the swim.

We sell so-called second chance products (resin lures), because they have a small visual defect (change in the aesthetic appearance) or sticking (implying a reduced sound of the balls, or even intermittent blocking of the balls) but without modifying them. swimming and resistance. All this is linked to semi-artisanal manufacturing, and is clearly defined in the description of the products to avoid any dispute. We will therefore not accept returns or exchanges on 2nd chance products involving the defects mentioned in this paragraph. However, the right of withdrawal applies.

Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you returned the item.
